Both the landlord and the tenant need the inventory report to be used as the benchmark that clearly describes contents and state of the property inventory for future reference. Landlord or the agent usually orders the inventory services when the tenancy starts , after that, inventory clerk contacts the tenant to make an appointment and schedule the date and time of checking in.
