Visiting property
Our AIIC-accredited clerk visits on the agreed date, inspects every room against the original inventory, photographs all areas and records meter readings and key returns.
Preparing report
Our back-office team cross-references the check-out findings against the original
inventory, clearly documenting any changes, damage or cleaning issues with photographic evidence.
Report is sent over to you
The completed report is emailed to the landlord, letting agent and tenant within 24 hours. All parties have 7 days to raise any queries.
